I coach women in perimenopause and menopause to help them rediscover their health, energy, and balance.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to struggle alone. I’ll support you in making simple lifestyle changes gradually to transform your health and well-being. As a board-certified health coach and functional medicine nurse, I listen deeply and spend time with you to understand your unique needs.
I don’t give you ‘orders’ like a doctor would. Instead, I help you realize your inner wisdom, your strengths, and the possibility of seeking and acting on your unique needs. This approach enhances your ability to heal yourself and accomplish your health and life goals.
I work alongside you to help you feel your best through diet and lifestyle changes. My clinical expertise includes an understanding of both the science of the human body—in both disease and healthy states—and the daily health challenges that you are living with. I am a fierce advocate for all things related to you and your health. I give you the clarity, tools, guidance, education, and accountability to break the burnout cycle so you can live an intentional, aligned, healthy, and connected life.

I am a Registered Nurse in the province of British Columbia, a board-certified nurse coach, a functional medicine practitioner, a holistic cannabis nurse, a trauma survivor, a burnout survivor, a mom, an animal lover, and an outdoor adventure seeker. I am also learning to live in my own perimenopause transmission!
I know what feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and out of balance is like. I have discovered the freedom to own my story, love my body, care for myself, and live intentionally. It is my life’s work to support you on this midlife journey of self-discovery and healing.
I have specialized training that empowers you to be in the driver’s seat of your health. Using tools such as mindfulness, nourishment, rest, movement, and setting boundaries, you can heal your body and have the life you dream of.
